UT vs ULM Thunderstruck
For the University of Texas at Austin vs the University of Louisiana Monroe game, I incorporated timecoded lighting to the university's pre-existing orange chase stadium lighting used for their Thunderstruck spectacular. The original request from the University included an EDM light show to occur directly after Thunderstruck. The original rig featured 28 Chauvet Strike Ms and 30 Chauvet R3s. The realized version of this plan had the rig change to 20 Elation Platinum Beam 5R Beam Extremes and 4 Strike Ms with only the Thunderstruck piece being performed. This game was in a sense a test run for moving light incorporation into the stadium. Plans for the future include the potential for 6-8 pods of GT Truss featuring Martin Axiom Hybrids, Chauvet Strike Ms, and Robe Fortes, with the potential addition of an EDM piece for future games.
